Sit, please!

We recently dog sat for a friend in Brooklyn, NY. His dog and our dog are dog reactive. Negotiating the busy Brooklyn sidewalks was definitely expert level handling. You can imagine our relief when one gentleman asked his dog to sit as we walked by.

If you see someone nervous about passing you with their dog, please ask your dog to sit and allow them to pass. This act of kindness will be much appreciated! This is the topic of discussion in this week’s Dog Trainer Car Talk episode.
