“We” are Behavior United, LLC, including its owners, employees, contractors, successors, and assigns. By using our services, you agree to the terms below.

You agree not to sue us because of something your animal does or doesn’t do. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless if anyone sues us or you because of something your animal does or doesn’t do. 

If you use shock, bark, choke, or prong collars after you have begun working with us, we will cancel any remaining lessons and you will not receive a refund.

We may contact your veterinarian’s office regarding vaccination status and behavior, and we may share your information with them.

We may use pictures and videos of your animals during our training sessions and group classes for promotion and other purposes. You may not share Behavior United's written or video class/private session content without our written permission.

Group Classes: No refunds for group classes. Payment schedule in advance of first class. Make up class sessions at the instructor’s discretion and subject to availability.

Private lessons: Except for illness and medical emergencies, an $80.00 fee will be charged and that lesson is deducted from your package for less than 24 hours cancellation. Package refunds are on a case-by-case basis. Should a refund be issued, an $80 fee will be charged. Payment schedule: in advance. You have 5 months (starting at the first session) to complete a training package. Packages not completed within 5 months will forfeit payment and remaining sessions.

We accept cash, check, and credit card via payment apps. By using a check for payment, you agree to the following terms: In the event your check is dishonored or returned for any reason, you authorize us to electronically (or by paper draft) re-present the check to your bank account for collection of the amount of the check, plus any applicable fees as permitted by state law.
